Veneers Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Smile Forever Design, we reserve dedicated clinical time, materials, and laboratory preparation for every veneer treatment appointment.

Deposits

• A deposit may be required to secure veneer consultations or treatment appointments.
• Deposits are applied toward the total treatment cost.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• No-show appointments may require a new deposit before rebooking.

Cosmetic Treatment Policy

• Veneers and cosmetic treatments are customized services. Once treatment has started or laboratory work/materials have been ordered, fees may become non-refundable.
• Results may vary depending on oral health, anatomy, habits, and patient compliance.
